Bloom makes plant-based wellness products for everyday use. Their packaging had been designed quickly at launch and never revisited — it looked cheap next to the quality of what was inside. With a retail expansion into twelve new markets, they needed a packaging system that could scale across 40 SKUs while feeling premium, sustainable, and unmistakably Bloom.
approach
Sustainability was non-negotiable — all materials had to be recyclable and the printing process had to reduce ink usage by at least 30% from the previous system. We designed a modular system built around a single typeface, a restrained color palette drawn from plant pigments, and a grid that adapted across every pack size. The result was certified plastic-free and won a Danish Design Award in 2024.
