Norde's existing product had grown faster than its design. Three years of feature additions had created a UI that confused new users and frustrated experienced ones. The challenge was to redesign the core experience without disrupting the workflows of 200,000 active users who depended on it daily.

approach
We ran three weeks of user interviews before touching a single frame. The patterns were clear — users knew what they wanted to do but couldn't find where to do it. We rebuilt the information architecture from scratch, created a unified component library, and redesigned the core dashboard around the three actions users performed most. Every new screen was tested with real users before shipping.
